To create and manage support tickets, log in to your client area. If you are doing this first time, you can follow these instructions. Once you are logged in, follow these steps: Click on Open Ticket menu, Now, select the appropriate department related to your query, fter selecting an appropriate department, the following screen will appear. Enter the requested details on this page to submit a support ticket.

If you don't get an answer from us quickly, give us some time to come up with a ticket, sometimes we get a lot of tickets, or you can contact us in any of our other communication channels.
